The Secret World of Arrietty

Today I went to see the movie, The Secret World of Arrietty.  The movie is about Arrietty and her family who are little people who live in big people's houses.

My favorite part was when Arrietty had a talk with Sean.  Sean is a boy who discovers Arrietty.  He is a very nice boy! In the movie, Arrietty discovers that Sean is having an operation and suddenly feels bad.

I think six-year-olds would like this movie because it's interesting, cool and funny.

Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked

I saw Alvin and the Chipmunks with my little sister and my dad.  My favorite character was Alvin.  My favorite Chipette was Bridget.

My favorite part was when Alvin said to Dave "Come on Dave...rules is my middle name."  I liked this movie because it was funny to me.  I think six-year-olds would like this movie because it was funny.

I also like the music because it made me feel happy.

I give it a 10/10.

Hugo

I went to see Hugo with my dad.  It was very scary.  It scared me a lot.

My favorite part was at the end when an old man said that Hugo could come live with him.

My favorite person was Isabelle.  She was Hugo's only friend in the movie.

I think six-year-olds would not like this movie because it is scary.  The really scary part had a train in it and you thought it was going to hurt Hugo.

Arthur Christmas

Today I saw Arthur Christmas.  It was funny.  My favorite part was when the old man says "I'm too old to die" but the old man was 131 years old.

I think six-year-olds would like this movie a lot.  My favorite character was Santa Claus.

It was a very funny movie.  It made me think about sweetness because of how much Santa Claus cared about all the children.  I can't wait for the real Christmas.

The Muppets (2011)

Today, I saw The Muppets with my mom and dad and little sister.

I think why they made a Muppets movie is because they want everybody to have a good time.

What I thought about this Muppet movie is that it was happy and sad, sweet and funny.  It is always a happy time to be with the Muppets.  The Muppets always bring a gift which is funniness.  I love the Muppets.

My favorite part of the Muppets is when Gonzo has one of his fingers stuck in a a bowling ball, and he couldn't stop his arm from swinging.  It made me laugh.  I also liked the song at the end.  My favorite character was Animal because he was so funny.

I think six-year-olds will like the parts of the movie that are funny, but some might not like the parts that are a little scary.  I still think you should go see the movie because it is really funny.

It is a good movie.
